Little Gardens Childcare offers a safe, fun and energetic learning environment for every child. Each child is engaged in a safe, nurturing environment where (s)he will get the attention and care they deserve.
Our teaching strategies are sourced from a combination of the educational philosophies by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, B. F. Skinner, Jacques Rousseau, Jean Piaget, and Lev Vygotsky. Each Sprout will learn and grow through a variety of kinesthetic methods (learning through engaging the five senses). Some kinesthetic methods include: the exploration of nature, music, dance, and art.
Little Gardens is licensed by the State of New York and exceeds all health and safety guidelines. Our ratio of children to adults is always within state guidelines – and often even lower – to make certain each child receives top-quality care.
